In diesem Jahr haben wir uns für das Design mit Marcus von @theautumnarts zusammengetan, der uns mit seiner Hingabe für detailreiche Illustrationen bereichert hat.

Das Artwork visualisiert eine tiefe Verbindung zur Natur und die Wahrung von Wissen um deren tödliche oder heilende Wirkung. 

Das Motiv ist über unseren Shop als Shirt-Vorbestellung erhältlich. Die Rückseite der Shirts/Tanktops zeigt dabei die Bands des diesjährigen Events. So könnt ihr die Kunst von @theautumnarts und uns unterstützen! Der Link zum Shop findet ihr in der Bio von @wildhuntrituals.official.

Bei den Shirts und den Tanktops handelt es sich um eine Vorbestellung, welche bis zum 01. Juli 2026 möglich ist. Diese ist dann auf dem Event am Merchstand abholbar. Bei Packages schicken wir dementsprechend nur das Hardticket zu.

This year, we teamed up with Marcus from @theautumnarts for the design, who enriched us with his dedication to detailed illustrations.

The artwork visualizes a deep connection to nature and the preservation of knowledge regarding its deadly or healing effects. 

The design is available for pre-order as a shirt through our shop. The back of the shirts/tank tops features the bands from this year’s event. By purchasing, you can support the art of @theautumnarts and us! Link to the shop can be found in the bio of @wildhuntrituals.official.

The shirts and tank tops are available for pre-order until 1 July 2026. They can then be picked up at the merch stand during the event. Therefore, for package orders, we will only mail the hard ticket.

Erneut wird uns @necroshorns auf dem @wildhuntrituals.official im Saarland die Ehre erweisen und mit seinem fotografischen Talent die Seele unserer Veranstaltung einfangen.

@necroshorns ist nicht nur ein großartiger Fotograf, sondern inzwischen auch zu einem Freund geworden, weshalb wir uns sehr freuen, ihn erneut willkommen zu heißen.

Neben dem Fotografieren wird er am Merchstand auch einige seiner Kunstdrucke anbieten, dazu jede Menge spannender Geschichten und guter Konversation.

He is not only an extremely talented photographer but also a dear friend, which is why we look forward to welcome him back to the forests of the Saarland.

Letzte Bandankündigung für das Wild Hunt Open Air 2026: @bezwering aus den Gelderland, Niederlande.

Aus der Asche von Wederganger ist 2018 @bezwering entstanden und verkörpert sich in einem musikalischen Zusammenspiel aus rauem Black Metal, eingängiger Melodien und vielseitigen Gesängen. Die Band beheimatet die kreative Auslebung von Musikern aus @nodfyrgelre, @a_l_v_a_d_e_r, und ex- @heidevolk_official, deren musikalisches Talent auch von Bands wie @lampofmurmuur, @dodsrit_official und @fluisteraars_bennekom geschätzt wird, die sie als Live- und Sessionmusiker engagiert haben.

Nach zwei Full-Length-Alben (@vanrecords 2020 & 2022) ist Ende letzten Jahres die aktuelle EP „Dwalingen“ (@nomadsnakepit 2025) erschienen. Die Band gilt als absoluter Geheimtipp und bietet uns ihre energiegeladene Live-Show auf dem diesjährigen @wildhuntrituals.official.

Final band announcement for Wild Hunt Open Air 2026: @bezwering from Gelderland, Netherlands.

Formed in 2018 from the ashes of Wederganger, @bezwering blends raw black metal, catchy melodies, and versatile vocals. The band features the creative output of musicians from @nodfyrgelre, @a_l_v_a_d_e_r, and ex-@heidevolk_official, whose musical talent is also valued by bands such as @lampofmurmuur, @dodsrit_official, and @fluisteraars_bennekom, who invite them to perform as live and session musicians.

Following two full-length albums (@vanrecords 2020 & 2022), their latest EP “Dwalingen” (@nomadsnakepit 2025) was released in late 2025. The band is considered an absolute underground gem and will be bringing their high-energy live show to this year’s @wildhuntrituals.official.

Als Soloprojekt des Masterminds von @empyrium_official_ und @thevisionbleak wurde Sun of the Sleepless 1998 gegründet um die vielfältige musikalische Auslebung von @markusstock_photography zu betiteln. Trotz der Gründung in den späten 90ern und mehrerer damals erschienen EPs, hat Schwadorf erst 2017 das Debüt „To the Elements“ über @prophecypro veröffentlicht und damit einen Klassiker des atmosphärischen Black Metal ins Leben gerufen. Gemeinsam mit Live-Musikern von Bands wie @mosaic777, und Sonic Reign wird er seine Musik nun bei uns aufführen.

@sunofthesleepless_official will be the next highlight of this year’s @wildhuntrituals.official!

As a solo project of the mastermind behind @empyrium_official_ and @thevisionbleak, Sun of the Sleepless was founded in 1998 to represent the diverse musical expression of @markusstock_photography. Despite being founded in the late ’90s and releasing several EPs at the time, Schwadorf didn’t release his debut album “To the Elements” via @prophecypro until 2017, thereby creating a classic piece of atmospheric black metal. Together with live musicians from bands such as @mosaic777 and Sonic Reign, he will now perform his music for us.

Mit nur zwei Personen schaffen es HADOPELAGYAL eine brachiale musikalische Gewalt auf die Bühne zu bringen und dabei eine abgrundtief finstere Stimmung zu erzeugen. Nun wird die Band einen ihrer rar gesähten Liveauftritte auf dem @wildhuntrituals.official darbieten.

Zudem wir HADOPELAGYAL im Juli ihre neue EP „Zalmathic Necroichorion“ über @amorfatiproductions veröffentlichen, weshalb es sich hier um das Release-Konzert der EP handeln wird.

Next up, we present HADOPELAGYAL

Consisting of only two members, HADOPELAGYAL manage to unleash a brutal musical force on stage while creating an abysmally dark atmosphere. Now the band will perform one of their rare live shows at @wildhuntrituals.official

Furthermore, HADOPELAGYAL will release their new EP, “Zalmathic Necroichorion,” via @amorfatiproductions in July, so this will be the EP’s release concert.

Auch in diesem Jahr bieten wir euch einen musikalischen Stilbruch in der Gestalt von @verrottet.ebm. Der Künstler Peter Panik bringt dabei seit 2022 den EBM/Dark-Elektro in die Black Metal Szene und verbindet seine Affinität zu beiden Szenen in einem gemeinsamen Projekt. Somit entstanden neben eigenen Songs wie „Ritual“ oder „Auferstehen“ auch einige Zusammenarbeiten mit @kingdudemusic, @krachmuckertv und vielen mehr. Das Debütalbum „Verrottet“ (@vanrecords, 2023), sowie die Live-Performance haben uns absolut überzeugt und so holen wir Peter Panik mit @verrottet neben @spectral.wound, @sumeriantombs, @nailbynail_official, und @patristic_blackmetal auf das @wildhuntrituals.official.

This year, we’re once again offering you a musical stylistic break with @verrottet.ebm. Since 2022, artist Peter Panik has been bringing EBM and dark electro to the black metal scene, combining his affinity for both genres in a single project. This has resulted not only in tracks such as „Ritual“ and „Auferstehen,“ but also in several collaborations with @kingdudemusic, @krachmuckertv, and many others. The debut album “Verrottet” (@vanrecords, 2023), as well as his live performance, have absolutely blown us away, so we’re bringing Peter Panik with @verrottet to @wildhuntrituals.official alongside @spectral.wound, @sumeriantombs, @nailbynail_official, and @patristic_blackmetal.

Als eine der wenigen Veranstaltungen in Deutschland haben wir die Gelegenheit, eine der grandiosen Live-Shows von @spectral.wound in einem selektierten Rahmen, auf dem Wild Hunt Open Air 2026 im Saarland, mit einer Atmosphäre fernab der gewohnten Konzerthalle zu erleben.

As one of few events in Germany, we have the opportunity to experience a tremendous live show by @spectral.wound in a selected setting, at the Wild Hunt Open Air 2026 in Saarland, with an atmosphere far from the usual concert hall.
